Narinder Mann is a licensed Canadian Immigration Lawyer, recognized by the Law Society of Ontario as a Barrister, Solicitor, and Notary Public. He is the founder and Principal Legal Counsel at Pelican Law, where he leads with dedication, deep legal knowledge, and a passion for immigration advocacy.

Narinder began his legal journey in India, where he practiced Civil Law before immigrating to Canada. Committed to rebuilding his legal career, he earned a Paralegal Diploma from Humber College in Toronto and became a licensed Paralegal in January 2021. With a strong foundation in immigration law, he continued advancing his career and was called to the Ontario Bar as a Barrister & Solicitor in March 2024.

Having personally navigated the challenges of immigration, Narinder is deeply committed to helping others achieve their goals of becoming Canadian permanent residents—whether through studying, working, or investing in Canada. He offers legal services in Immigration Law, Refugee Claims, and Judicial Reviews before the Federal Court of Canada.

Narinder is known for his strong advocacy skills and a proven track record of positive outcomes. He is fluent in English, Punjabi, and Hindi, allowing him to effectively serve a diverse clientele.
